Since 1996, New Generation has been a cornerstone of the community, dedicated to providing quality education for children. We are more than just a daycare; we are a comprehensive childcare, preschool, and after-school facility offering care for children up to 12 years old. Our programs include care for toddlers, preschoolers, Pre-K, after-school care, and camps. We strive to continue our tradition of excellence and remain committed to supporting each child's educational journey.

Joshua Harper
Program Director
Joshua Harper is the Program Director at the New Generation Learning Center, where he brings a strong passion for early childhood education. With a degree in Child Care Administration from Huston Tillotson University, Joshua is committed to providing quality education and care for children. He previously worked in the childcare field and has found a genuine love for it. Joshua and his family recently moved to Whitehouse from Houston and are excited to be part of the New Gen community. Joshua's dedication to education and his desire to make a positive impact in the company and in the lives of the children he serves make him an asset to the team.
Heather Skiles
Education Director
Heather Skiles brings over 15 years of experience and a heartfelt commitment to early childhood education to New Generation Learning Center. A proud graduate of Tyler Junior College's Early Childhood Program at the F.L.C.O.T. Accredited Lab School, Heather holds an Associate of Applied Science in Child Development, as well as Administrator's Credentials and multiple certifications in Infant and Toddler Caregiving, Preschool Teaching, and Child Development.
Growing up in East Texas, Heather developed a strong connection to the region and is thrilled to bring her expertise back to the community she loves. Outside of her professional achievements, Heather treasures family time with her high school sweetheart of over 20 years and their two daughters. She is excited to join the team at New Generation Learning Center, where her dedication and skills will help nurture and support the next generation of learners.
